Illinois Commerce Commission. We have been offering
quality telephone services since 1898 and realize
that basic service is a fundamental aspect of everyday
life. We provide basic and enhanced services at
reasonable rates within our service territory. Basic
services are offered at the following rates effective
July 1, 2002.
